Hand Bell Choir

Sanctuary Handbell Choir
The Sanctuary Hanbell Choir is the adult handbell choir at First Presbyterian Church. The group meets on Thursday from 6:30-7:30 p.m., September through May. They perform regularly at the 11:00 a.m. worship service. Marlene Murphy serves as director for this group. She also directs the Handbell Quartet and the Chapel Chime Choir, sings in the Sanctuary Choir, and teaches private piano through the First Baptist Church Music Academy.

Handbell Quartet
The Handbell Quartet is composed of four players from the Sanctuary Handbell Choir. They rehearse on Thursday from 7:30-8:30 p.m., September through May, and perform periodically at all three worship services. The director of this group is Marlene Murphy.
