Isaac ButterworthSenior Pastor |

| Our Senior Pastor, Dr. Isaac Butterworth, came to our church in 1989. A graduate of Baylor University, Southwestern Seminary, and McCormick Theological Seminary, Dr. Butterworth has also served churches in Holland, Levelland, and Vernon -- all in Texas. As a member of Palo Duro Presbytery, Dr. Butterworth has been elected twice as a commissioner to General Assembly (1981 and 1996). In 1988, he was the moderator of the presbytery, and in 2002 and 2003 he served as moderator of the Committee on Ministry. He has twice been on search committees to nominate a presbytery executive, and on one of those committees (1997) he served as moderator. He and his wife, Jan, have two adult children: Jonathan, who lives with his wife Becky in Austin, and Catherine, who lives in Wichita Falls. |

| Born in Brownsville, Texas, he lived and was raised in the lower Rio Grande Valley. After finishing high school in Harlingen, Texas, he attended several colleges in Texas, earning a B. S. from Trinity University, M. Div. from Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary and a D. Min. from Brite Divinity School which is part of Texas Christian University. He was awarded an honorary Doctorate by Austin College. Most recently, Dr. Garza served as Interim Pastor at Gethsemme Presbyterian Church of Fort Worth, Texas.
He married Mary Florence Boyce, daughter of parents who were missionaries in Mexico. They have two sons: David, living in Venice, CA and Peter, living in San Jose, CA. Peter is married to Megumi Yamada and have two children, Maya and Eli. |

| Ann has been on staff as Director of Christian Education for about 14 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Masters Degree in Education, both from Midwestern State University. Ann is a member of the Association of Presbyterian Church Educators. She is married to Landon and they have one daughter, Emma Claire. |

| Shelly Hutchins was born and raised in Wichita Falls. She graduated from Rider High and Midwestern State University. Shelly has been employed with the Wichita Falls Independent School District for 13 years. She is currently teaching 1st grade at West Foundation Elementary.
Shelly and her husband, Scott, have two sons Kale (12) and Reid (10). Shelly is excited and grateful for the opportunity to work with and serve the youth of First Presbyterian Church. |

| Tyler Henderson began coming to 1st Pres when he was in Jr. High School. He didn't understand it at the time but he was in need of God's love. Through that time his faith matured and Christ's love began to become more real to him. Tyler and his parents moved to Arlington when he was in high school but he still tried to make as many 1st Pres events as possible. When deciding on college, he chose Midwestern State largely because he could be an intern at our church. Tyler was an intern for nearly 5 years and loved providing discipleship to students and simply living life with them. He graduated and was lucky enough to marry his beautiful bride, Jessica. They have been blessed to have a lovely little girl named, Ella. Tyler's heart has always been with the student ministries program of our church. |

| Dr. Dan White has been the Director of Choral Music at FPC since 1992. He conducts the Sanctuary Choir and the Vocal Chamber Ensemble. Dr. White also serves as the Fine Arts Curriculum Specialist for the Wichita Falls Independent School District. Prior to that, he served as Director of Choral Activities and Music Department Chair at Midwestern State University (1992-99), the Director of Choral Activities at Wayland Baptist University, Plainview, Texas (1985-92), and Choral Director at Roswell High School, Roswell, New Mexico (1982-85) and Plainview High School, Plainview, Texas (1980-82). |

| Dr. Ronald Hough celebrated his 20th year as organist at First Presbyterian Church in November 2005. Dr. Hough holds the B.A. and B.M. degrees from Wheaton College, the M.C.M. and M.R.E. degrees from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and the D.M.A. degree in Organ Performance from the University of Illinois. He also teaches at Midwestern State University where he is completing his 35th year. Dr. Hough also plays cello in the Wichita Falls Symphony. This years marks his 29th season in the orchestra. At First Presbyterian he also directed the handbell choirs in the past for 10 years and continues to direct the Celebration Choir for the 8:15 service. |

| Marlene Murphy has been the Director of Bell Choirs at First Presbyterian Church since September of 2001. She holds a Bachelor of Music Education degree from the University of North Texas and a Master of Music degree from Southern Methodist University. For many years, Marlene taught as a choral director in the Garland, Victoria, and Wichita Falls School Districts. She currently teaches private piano students at the Music Academy of First Baptist Church. |

| Martha was born and raised in Mineral Wells, Texas. She is married to Jim Ed Elms of Kilgore, Texas since February 20, 1981. They have two adult children: Tim, in the Army, based in Fort Campbell, Kentucky and has two children, Kyler and Kristin; John, who lives with his wife Amber and three children, Jessica, Colton and Adelyn, in Coffeyville, Kansas. |
