We have orange paper bags in the church office and we need your help to fill them! Each bag comes with a list of food items and instructions in order to provide families in need with a Thanksgiving meal. In addition to filling these bags, we will need volunteers to make phone calls to families, oversee quality control, and deliver meals! Thanksgiving Outreach Timeline:
November 13 - 16 - volunteers contact the families to make sure the information we received is correct and that they will be home during the delivery times. We ask the families to be home between 10am -12pm.
November 15 - deadline to return your orange paper bag filled with the makings of a Thanksgiving meal!
November 18 - volunteers will organize the sacks and make sure they have everything they need. Then they move them to the Atrium for delivery.
November 21 - deliver meals from 10am - 12pm
